Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Base and Wheels: Turn the 5-star base upside down on a flat surface. Push the caster wheels firmly into the holes at the end of each spoke until they click. Flip the base upright. Drop the wide end of the gas lift cylinder vertically into the center hole of the base.

Step 2: Connect the Armrests to the Seat: Place the seat cushion bottom-side-up on a raised surface (like a table edge or box). Align the left and right armrests with the pre-drilled screw holes on the underside of the seat. Secure each armrest tightly using the designated medium- length bolts and your Allen key.

Step 3: Attach the Control Mechanism: Place the tilt mechanism bracket over the holes in the center of the seat bottom. Note: Ensure the tension dial handle faces forward toward the front edge of the seat cushion. Thread the mechanism bolts and tighten them completely in an X-pattern to balance the pressure.

Step 4: Attach the Backrest: Slide the extended metal or plastic bracket from the bottom of the backrest into the rear slot of the attached seat mechanism. Secure the backrest to the mechanism using the largest remaining heavy-duty structural bolts. Ensure they are locked firmly to eliminate any wobbling.

Step 5: Join the Upper and Lower Units: Carefully lift the assembled seat and backrest unit. Align the center receptacle of the under-seat mechanism directly over the top of the gas lift cylinder. Lower the chair onto the cylinder and push down firmly. Sit gently on the chair once to fully press-fit the hydraulic connection.

Step 6: Install the Headrest: Align the headrest stem over the mount opening at the very top of the mesh backrest framework. Push it securely into place. Fasten it tightly using the small matching screws provided in your hardware pack.
